Upcoming RetreatThe Art of Living Well
October 23–25, 2026
What becomes possible when you make space to hear your inner voice?
The Art of Living Well is a weekend blending therapeutic insight, meaningful conversation, restorative practices, and moments that gently stir the senses.
Together we'll explore the beauty and serenity of Serenbe, gather around the table to share a memorable meal, experience the quiet wisdom of the horses, and allow the natural world to slow us down.
And laugh.
And create.
And simply be.
Join us as we reflect on the stories that have shaped us, honor the woman who carried them, and imagine what life might look like from here.
There is nothing to fix.
Only an invitation to pause, reflect, and daydream about what might be possible.
Curious about what the weekend holds?
-
The weekend unfolds naturally, with each experience building on the last. Guided conversations, restorative practices, quiet reflection, and meaningful conversations create space to reconnect with yourself, deepen your relationships, and explore what's possible.
There is nothing to achieve—only space to explore.
-
Our gathering takes place at Soul Barn at Serenbe, nestled within the peaceful village of Serenbe. Meditate, reflect, and daydream in the loft above the horses. Practice yoga beside the pastures. Share conversation beneath The Guardian, the magnificent oak that anchors the courtyard.
From quiet reflection to meaningful conversation, every space invites you to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the natural world around you.
Pause. Dream. Return differently.

THE LOCATION
Soul Barn at Serenbe
Serenbe is a place where the environment itself invites you to live a little differently. Its emphasis on nature, wellness, and human connection reflects what we hope to cultivate this weekend, a community designed around the idea that our surroundings shape how we live and feel.
Mental wellness isn't just something that happens in our heads. Our relationships, our bodies, our surroundings, and the rhythms of our days all matter, and at Serenbe, we get to experience that firsthand. A walk along a trail. A shared meal. A conversation with someone new. Simply noticing the beauty around us. These small moments become part of the weekend's invitation to slow down and reconnect with what matters.
