The Art of Living Well is for women who are navigating a life transition, experiencing a shift in identity, or simply sensing that something within them is changing.
You may be moving through divorce, empty nesting, career or relationship changes, or another season of life. You may feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or ready to reconsider where you are spending your energy.
You do not need to arrive with a particular problem to solve. Sometimes the quieter feeling that it may be time to ask, “What’s next?” is enough.
-
No. The Art of Living Well is a therapist-led retreat, but it is not group therapy.
My experience as a psychotherapist informs the conversations, reflection, and design of the weekend. You do not need to be a therapy client or have previous experience with therapy to participate.
-
Absolutely. Many women attend retreats on their own, and you are welcome to do the same.
The small-group setting is designed to make it easier to get to know one another, and there will be opportunities for conversation and connection throughout the weekend.
If you are planning to attend with a friend, the Come Together rate is available for two or more women registering together.
-
No. There will be opportunities for meaningful conversation and reflection, but you will always have a choice about what you share.
You are welcome to participate in ways that feel appropriate for you. There is no expectation that you disclose personal experiences or tell your story to the group.
-
The weekend is designed to offer a balance of shared experiences and personal time.
Some activities will be part of our core retreat programming, while others may be optional. You are encouraged to listen to your own needs and participate in ways that feel appropriate for you.
We’ll provide more details about the schedule and optional experiences before the retreat.
-
That’s perfectly okay. You do not need previous experience with yoga, meditation, Reiki, or horses, and you do not need to subscribe to any particular belief system.
The intention is to offer opportunities for curiosity and exploration, not to ask you to believe or achieve anything in particular. You can approach each experience in a way that feels right for you.
-
Your registration includes the retreat programming and experiences, the Friday welcome dinner, and the meals and materials specified in the retreat package.

-

You’ll each register separately and simply let us know who you’re coming with. Women attending on their own are equally welcome at the individual registration rate of $1,495.
-
