The Art of Living Well

October 23–25, 2026

What becomes possible when you make space to hear your inner voice?

I know what it is like to have the future you thought you were creating change overnight, and to have to imagine a new story. And a new future.

But I’ve also learned that we don’t only reimagine our lives because something has gone wrong.

Sometimes something within us simply shifts. What once mattered deeply may not matter quite as much. Something we chose for ourselves may now feel completed. We begin to wonder whether we are spending our time and energy where we want to, and what we want the next part of our lives to look like.

I’ve returned to these questions many times in my own life. I’ve also sat with women asking them in my therapy practice and in my divorce support group. Over time, I’ve developed ways of helping women listen more closely to what lies beneath their desires, honor the stories that have shaped them, and become curious about what may be asking to emerge next.

This is where The Art of Living Well begins.

This retreat may be for you if you are moving through divorce, empty nesting, a career or relationship change, or another season that looks different from the future you once imagined.

It may also be for you if your life looks great on paper but something inside doesn’t quite fit.

And it is for the woman who genuinely loves the life she has and is still curious about what comes next.

There is nothing to fix.

Only an invitation to listen, reflect, get present in mind and body, and imagine the life your favorite self would create.

Because there is still so much more living to do.
